How To Make Panic Attacks Disappear

What Are Panic Attacks?

Panic attacks” can be described as episodes of incredibly intense fear or sudden apprehension. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders describes panic attacks as “a discrete period of intense fear or discomfort in which (at least 4 of 13) symptoms developed abruptly and reached a peak within 10 minutes.

Panic attacks can be as short as a few seconds, or they can stretch for 20, 30 minutes. In extreme cases it can last for hours. To make matters worse, sufferers of panic attack frequently experience “anticipatory anxiety.” You could say that they’re afraid of being afraid…!

People who experience panic attacks for the first time often confuse them with something else and may call for emergency services. It may feel like a heart attack or any number of medical conditions. A panic attack is said to be one of the most intensely uncomfortable, upsetting and terrifying experiences in a person’s life.

Finding The Roots of Panic Attacks

As with any psychological condition, the roots of  panic attacks can be found in the subconscious mind. Life’s experiences including environmental or other factors are processed by our brains on these two basic levels: the “conscious” and the  “subconscious.” If those experiences (whether objective or – in some cases – subjective) are traumatic, they can lodge themselves within a person’s subconscious mind and… take on a life of their own. Under those conditions, suppressed feelings and thoughts, as well as any unresolved psychological issues can subconsciously metamorphosize into a self-parasitical form of mental sabotage, which for all practical purposes seems to outside of our conscious control.

This is where DreamWalk can be a God-sent! Because its methodology is to simply and directly engage the subconscious mind, it can proceed to unravel and “weed out” all these subconscious states of mind virtually from day one.

During a Panic Attack DreamWalk session, I will introduce you to your fears in a new way. Your brain will be able to face and understand their true nature. I will “remind your brain” of what it forgot, and how to recognize signals of impending “episodes” and how head them off in the most effective manner.

Panic Attacks Can Be Cured

I’ve had a near-100% success rate in treating panic attacks in the past, using the exact same methods which I’m sharing with you in the form of DreamWalk. Depending on the individual, a treatment can be as short as – literally – just a handful of sessions, or it might take a few months. In all cases, however, the overall sense of regaining control of one’s life is among the first reactions virtually all patients report, as their panic attacks disappear for good.
